How to Use
- Remove all metal and jewelry
- Choose your preferred applicator (rod, spoon, mushroom, horseshoe or long)
- Carefully place the applicator into the high frequency device
- Apply a serum prior to treatment if you choose, this is not essential but may help the applicator glide gently over the skin without tugging or dragging
- Turn on the device using the rotating button at the base of the device
- Touch the applicator with your finger and keep it there until you have made contact with the skin, this reduces the impact of the initial mild spark you may experience. Touch the rod again before removing the device
- Increase intensity as desired (1-5)
- In terms of treatment method - gently glide in small circular motions on the skin. When treating acne, hold the attachment over the blemish moving gently
- When treating the scalp, comb the attachment through the hair as you would a hairbrush
- For beginners, use for 10 minutes x3 times per week
