We do hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but for any reason you wish to request a refund, simply return items to us within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. For more on our refund policy please refer to the questions below
Once the item arrives back to us in proper condition, you will receive an email notification to confirm your refund has been processed. The outstanding credit amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days
Yes all items are subject to our 60-day refund policy. Devices must be in original packaging and unused or lightly used, while all skincare products must be sealed and unused
- Where the product was marked as a gift on purchase and delivered straight to you, you will receive store credit to the value of the original purchase
- Where the product was shipped directly to the purchaser, the refund will be processed via the original payment method
Don't worry, you are still entitled to receive a refund, we will simply refund the amount you paid after the relevant discount was applied
Unfortunately, we cannot manage any orders issues, including refunds or exchanges in respect of a third-party orders. Be sure to get in touch with the retailer directly and they will be able to look into this further for you. We cannot guarantee their internal refund policy reflects our own
